We stayed indy 500 race weekend. Room for 6 guys. Neighborhood is undergoing revitalization and we had no problems with safety. There were a couple of R rated yelling episodes between a male and female neighbors that had minimal disruption to our stay.

Being from a small, quiet country town in Kentucky, I was a bit nervous about staying in a bigger city and even worried about street parking, but we felt completely safe the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had no issues at all with parking. The home was super cute, clean, and met all of our needs. We loved the decor, and each bedroom had comfortable, good-sized beds with plenty of room. We also really appreciated the little fans in the rooms because we are fan sleepers and had forgotten ours! Mike was such a friendly and welcoming host. He responded quickly and made us feel right at home. He and his cohost, Lazy Sunday Rentals, were very communicative, kind, and made us feel like we could reach out if needed. Check in was super simple and we were given clear instructions for arrival/departure. The location was perfect for a quick and easy Uber ride to Lucas Oil Stadium. I would absolutely recommend this cute bungalow and would definitely stay here again!💗

what a lovely lakeside home on a peaceful private lane! there simply was not enough time do everything available — especially the water amenities. but have no fear, both the indoor pool & the outdoor hot tub was utilized more than once! the home & all its inside accommodations were top-notch & beautifully maintained. well worthy for many return visits! thanks for everything! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the bonfire in the backyard. A perfect home away from home! Thank you for creating a very warm & inviting experience for our family! We highly recommend this home!

Host was very responsive. Home was exactly as described and well kept home. This home certainly made our family feel right at home with a perfect set up for all! Of course the 4 min walk to ice cream had our grandkids overjoyed! Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

We stayed after a concert at Lucas oil stadium, it was a short drive from the venue and a quick uber/lyft ride if you want to save on parking. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 7. I would definitely stay here again if we attend another concert in the future.

This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was well stocked and very clean. I especially liked all the house plants. It was also a perfect walking distance to downtown shops. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond.

We enjoyed our quaint stay in Nappanee! Carly was an outstanding host - highly communicative and responsive. We came in late after a concert in South Bend and Carly was helpful and understanding of our timing. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very welcoming! It was a cozy night stay that we highly recommend. Thank you!

I was initially apprehensive about the rules and location. However, after communicating with Crohp, it was the perfect place for what we needed at the time! I could not have dreamed up a better place!! It was a fantabulous experience! (Bottom lip, shaking!) (Nostrils flaring!) (Fighting back tears!)

Stayed here with a group of friends for the final four. The home had everything you could need and also was within walking distance to downtown. Well worth the price
