Please respect our home and neighbors — we have a zero-tolerance policy on parties to protect the space and community. Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) may be available when possible for $50 each—just ask in advance! ⸻ 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Keep noise low during these times. We also ask to please keep outdoor activity to a minimum during quiet hours. Noise complaints from neighbors could result in a $250 fee. ⸻ 🚭 No Smoking Inside Smoking of any kind isn’t allowed indoors. You can smoke outside — just please dispose of your materials safely. A $500 fee applies if indoor smoking is detected. ⸻ 🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Guests We’re serious about this: no parties or unapproved extra guests allowed. This includes: • More guests than booked (unless pre-approved) • Excessive trash, moved furniture, or damage • Loud noise or disruptive behavior Violations may lead to a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund. ⸻ ⏳ Late Checkout $50 per 30 minutes late unless arranged beforehand. ⸻ 🔧 Damages You’ll be responsible for any repair or replacement costs from damages during your stay.

Charming house in a charming town. Spotless inside, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and seating in the living room. We enjoyed our stay while going to the Notre Dame game that weekend. Easy drive to/from South Bend.

We loved staying at this house in Bourbon. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space, which is hard to find around here. Would definitely stay again! :)
