📖 HOUSE RULES 📋 Registered Guests Only Only guests on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitors and pets must be approved by hosts in advance. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. ​​Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, and/or removal from the property. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 👥 Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any time, including visitors. Primary guest/booker must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. 🚭 Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Evidence of smoking may result in additional charges or cleaning fees. 🚙 Parking Park only in designated spaces behind the property or on the street (on the side closest to the house). Do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways. 🏠 Care of the Home Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues during your stay. Please flush toilet paper only - no wipes (including “flushable” wipes), paper towels, or hygiene products. Please remove shoes upstairs. Food deliveries and packages are welcome, but please do not use this address for mail or residency purposes without prior approval. 🐶 Pets House-trained dogs are welcome (max 2) with prior approval and a pet fee. Please keep dogs off the furniture, and make sure they are not left unattended unless crated. Guests may be responsible for any damage, odors, or extra cleaning. 📷 Security Devices Exterior security cameras are in place for safety. No cameras or recording devices are inside the home. Please do not cover, unplug or otherwise tamper with security devices. 🚨 Illegal Activity Illegal activity of any kind is not permitted and will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund.

Guests have access to the entire home. Your check-in and check-out process is keyless which allows privacy during the process. Entry is available through the front door, with additional access from the rear via the gated backyard if using the designated parking. The fully fenced front and back yards are available for your use (and your furry dog friends). Patio furniture may be stored or covered during the winter months.
