By booking, you agree to the following: 🎉 No Parties, Events, or Unauthorized Guests This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for families, responsible friend groups, and work-related stays only. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited, regardless of group size. This includes (but is not limited to): • More guests than listed on the reservation (unless pre-approved) • Excessive noise, moved furniture, or large amounts of trash • Disruptive behavior or neighbor complaints Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and a $500 fee. 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, especially outdoors. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $250 fee. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, please dispose of materials properly. Indoor smoking will result in a $500 fee. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility (Pending Availability) We’re happy to offer the following by request and subject to availability: • Early check-in: $50 • Late check-out (up to 2 hours): $50 • Luggage drop-off: $50 Please message the host in advance to confirm availability. We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends and hang out for the weekend. If you need a space for a large group, you can’t pass this up. 5 bedrooms and a pullout, so much space inside, all the amenities you need. We loved it.

My friends and I were looking for a place to accommodate a bigger group for our annual vision board party and then we found this place! I typically stay closer to downtown, but with it being a big group of girls, we were worried about parking and safety issues. But we didn’t have issues with either of these things at Carly’s place! It was really amazing be able to park in the driveway and the neighborhood was surprisingly nice and quiet given its proximity to downtown. Carly even suggested some really good and close downtown restaurants and cafes for us to try. The place was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and very cute. My friends loved all of the design aspects in it. We could not recommend this place enough!!
