Situated on the Near East Side of Downtown Indy, the home is located in the St. Clair Place neighborhood. This cute little neighborhood is part of a group of several smaller, historic districts that boast a mixture of classic Victorian homes in Woodruff Place neighborhood (Indy's first "suburb") to more modern designs now in Windsor Park and Brookside Park neighborhoods. This area has it's own attractions from the beautiful fountains and esplanades in Woodruff Place, to local coffee Rabble, to classic pubs like The Tick Tock Lounge & Mayfair Taproom to one of Indy's finest dining restaurants, Beholder (a MUST try for any foodie!). All this and being a 10 min walk to larger attractions like the brand new Bottleworks District, which houses a food hall called The Garage, duck-pin bowling and arcades games, to the a movie theater called The Living Room Lounge and fine dining spots like Modita and Bohdi Thai. All must haves!
