Please review these details before booking: The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. There are 4 steps required to enter the home. Bedrooms 3 and 4 and the upstairs bathroom require climbing stairs. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level. The main-level bathroom is private and attached to Bedroom 1. The home does not have a dining table; the kitchen island seats 2. The backyard is not fenced. There is currently no grill, firepit or backyard furniture. Up to 2 pets are permitted with a fee of $115 per pet, per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas or other furniture. Guests must pick up pet waste; waste bags are provided. A locked storage closet is not available to guests. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property during the stay. Completion of the Lazy Sunday Rentals guest agreement and ID verification is required after booking. Optional early check-in and late checkout may be available for $75 each. Approval is required in advance. No parties or events No smoking or vaping inside Only registered guests are permitted without advance approval Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor noise low, especially during quiet hours Security-camera disclosure The property has two exterior doorbell cameras: One at the front door, monitoring the front entrance, porch and approach One at the back door, monitoring the rear entrance and immediate exterior approach The cameras are located outside, record video when motion is detected and may remain active during reservations. There are no cameras inside the home and no noise-monitoring device.
