THE SPACE Welcome to Ink & Ember. You'll have full private access to the entire home, yard, and keyless entry—no keys to pick up or return. This is a home designed for gathering, not partying. It's the perfect backdrop for intimate friend trips, multi-generational family reunions, birthdays, girls' weekends, game days, and other meaningful celebrations where you want to focus on connection. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across 6 beds total, with 2 full bathrooms to serve the group. Primary Suite (Main Level) Your private escape features a king bed, attached ensuite with a garden soaking tub, rain shower, and 65"+ smart TV. Dresser, full-length mirror, wardrobe, nightstands, and an accent chair complete this calm retreat. Sonos speaker included. Bedroom 2 (Second Floor) Two queen beds make this ideal for families or pairs within your group. Smart TV, hanging chair, dresser, nightstand, and Sonos speaker create a comfortable shared space. Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) Maximum flexibility with a king bed, full daybed, smart TV, dresser, wardrobe, nightstands, and Sonos speaker. Great for groups who want to maximize sleeping options. Loft Lounge (Upstairs) This multipurpose space doubles as additional sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, mini fridge, sink, Nespresso machine, and record player connected to Sonos. Skee-ball and board games turn this into a hangout destination. Note: The loft receives natural daylight from nearby windows. Blackout curtains are installed, but guests sensitive to morning light may prefer one of the private bedrooms. Every bedroom includes blackout curtains, ceiling fan, portable fan, extra blankets, and Sonos speaker access. KITCHEN & DINING Cook like you mean it. This fully stocked chef's kitchen has everything you need for holiday dinners, weeknight dinners, or casual breakfasts: gas range, high-quality cookware, cooking oils and spices, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, baking essentials, plenty of serving dishes, dishwasher, and large dining area. Conversations indoors, outdoor noise kept minimal during these hours. - Not a party house. Excessive noise, unauthorized gatherings, or behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. Verified noise complaints or evidence of unauthorized parties will result in immediate reservation termination without refund.
