📜 House Rules for a safe stay for you other guests in the shared home – Please Read Carefully 🙏 Fees apply for any violations and your stay may be cancelled immediate upon reports of violations. 🔇 Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM) – Please keep noise levels down. $250 fee for any noise complaints from neighbors. Respect Privacy - do not disturb other guests. Each guest’s room is their own private space. Do not knock on their door for any reason unless agreed upon in advance by the guest. if there are any reports of making other guests feel unsafe or uncomfortable, your stay will be canceled and you will be asked to leave immediately without any refunds 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking indoors. You may smoke legal substances outdoors, but please dispose of materials safely. 🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Guests – A minimum $250 fee will be charged for any unauthorized guests, including but not limited to: Extra guests beyond the reserved number (unless approved by the host). Excessive trash, dirty dishes, or moved furniture. Loud noise or music that disturbs other guests or neighbors. 🔧 Damages – Fees will be assessed based on actual repair/replacement costs Safety: Keep all doors & windows locked at all times Report any safety concerns immediately Communication & Respect: - Work with other guests to resolve issues as a group - Always assume good intent - Approach situations thoughtfully Cleanliness: - Wash dishes and put away immediately after each use - Keep refrigerator clean/organized - Take turns keeping common areas clean/organized - Work together to get trash out to the curb weekly - Do not leave laundry sitting in washer/dryer - Maintain clean bathrooms

You will have private access to this bedroom and shared access to the kitchen, dining/living area, laundry room and fenced in backyard. Driveway is shared with other guests.
