We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so please take a moment to review the following rules and fees: 🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. We want to keep the peace for everyone, so please be mindful of noise during these hours. A $100 fee applies for noise complaints from neighbors. 🚭 No smoking indoors: We love fresh air! Please keep smoking outdoors, and kindly dispose of any materials safely. If smoking is detected inside, a $500 fee will apply. 🎉 No parties: We love a good time, but parties are not permitted. If we find evidence of a party (extra guests, excessive trash, loud noise, etc.), a minimum of $250 will be charged. ⏰ Late checkouts: We get it, sometimes you need a little extra time! But please note, a $50 fee per 30 minutes applies for late checkouts. 🛠️ Damages: Accidents happen, but if there’s any damage, a fee will be charged based on the severity and repair costs. The minimum fee is $100. 🐾 Pet Policy 🐶 Pet fee: $85 (per pet, per stay) 🧹 We love your furry friends! Please clean up after them both inside and outside. Max of 3 pets allowed. 🛋️ Please don’t allow pets on the furniture. If there’s excessive cleanup needed (i.e. damage, hair, or accidents), additional charges will apply based on cleaning costs. 🐕 If your pet is not house-trained, kindly do not leave them alone in the house. Early check (2 hours) in and/or late check out (2 hours) is available when scheduling permits at an extra cost of $50 per instance. Please inquire in advance. Thank you for helping us keep the place in tip-top shape! 💖

Fantastic little house! It's just outside of town in a quiet area but is within 5-10 minutes of so much! The house was clean and cozy, and Carly was a top notch host. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Charming home with beautiful parquet wood floors. Spotlessly clean. Huge bathroom with awesome water pressure in shower. Two huge bedrooms. Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Large TV on wall mount makes very comfortable viewing from couch. My dogs loved the large grassy fields behind the house. Easy parking in long driveway alongside the house. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host Carly was very easy to work with, checked on us several times to be sure everything was going well, and was very responsive! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the downtown Indy area.

Carly was very accommodating! The space was clean and was well equipped with toiletries & baking necessities. The house is located on a quiet/ safe neighborhood and we had no issues ordering a lift/uber to get downtown. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely be looking to book here again!
