Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee applies if there is any evidence of indoor smoking. You may smoke legal substances outdoors—please dispose of materials safely. • 🎉 No parties or events are permitted. A minimum of $500 will be charged if evidence of a party is found (including unapproved guests, excessive trash, loud noise, or moved furniture). • 👶 Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome! • 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a respectful minimum during these hours. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $250 fee. • ⏰ Late checkouts without prior approval incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past check-out time. By car: most guests will arrive and travel by car; the property has direct local-street access to the city grid and is a short drive to I‑65, I‑70 and the I‑465 beltway for regional travel. We offer guest access to our gravel driveway, which has 1 parking spot available for you to use. In addition to the driveway parking, there is also 1 spot located in front of the house. Public transit: IndyGo operates local bus routes across the city; guests can reach downtown, medical centers and commercial districts via bus plus rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is widely available. Transit frequency is lower than major metros so rideshare or driving is often faster for most trips. Biking & walking: short local trips and neighborhood errands are walkable where sidewalks exist; there are bike lanes and city trails elsewhere in Indianapolis but bike infrastructure in this immediate block is limited. Long‑distance buses: intercity bus services operate from downtown transfer hubs (Greyhound/Burlington Trailways and regional carriers) a short drive from the property.
